Mr shathik basha is the founder and current chairman of Noor builders and planners company he found the frim in 1990 with the mission to better serve his cients the constrution industry as whole through the endorsement and implementation of a integrated design build construction delivery approach. From the outset he concentrated the efforts of organization towards design bill markets and in the process established Noor builders and planners as one of the earliest films to be recognised as a true design builder and a current respected leader in those markets.
